Delete your Sudunnit account

You can delete your account here or in the app. Deleting removes your account and all your progress for good.

Sign in with the same email as in the app

This is how we know the account is yours. We'll email you a 6-digit code.

Signed in with Apple or Google? Use the email of that account. If you hid your email with Apple, delete in the app or send a request to support@sudunnit.com.

Delete in the app instead

  1. Open Sudunnit and tap Settings.
  2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
  3. Confirm with Delete for good.

Playing as a guest?

A guest has no email, so the web can't tell which progress is yours. Delete it in the app: Settings → Account → Delete my data. If you can't open the app any more, send a request to support@sudunnit.com.

What we keep, and for how long

Records we must keep by law, such as bookkeeping records of purchases, are kept for the period the law requires, without your game progress. Data that no longer identifies you may be kept in anonymised form. Everything else linked to your account is deleted.
